Profile
Hotel Club*** stands at MUDr. Alexandra 24, in the centre of the royal town of Kežmarok, at the foot of the High Tatras. Built in 1993, last major renovation around 2010. Two floors, non-smoking rooms, 24-hour reception.
Operator: Janka + Juraj Gantner spol. s r.o., registered at Severná 10, Kežmarok. Not a chain — a local house with its own hunting-lodge restaurant, terrace and modest conference space.
Guests repeatedly praise three things: the location (almost everything in town is walkable), the staff, and the restaurant. Weaker points in reviews: occasional street noise, older furniture in some rooms, and breakfast that not everyone finds varied enough for the price.

According to HRS and Travelguide: roughly 32 rooms plus 3 apartments, about 56 beds plus extra beds. Mix of singles, doubles/twins and family rooms. Some rooms have a city view or terrace.

Warm wood floors, leather details, cosy rather than minimal. This is not a 2020 new-build. Reviews speak of cleanliness and comfortable beds, not of boutique design.

Food
The restaurant (sometimes listed as Kežmarská reštaurácia) is open daily 7:00–22:00. Slovak–European kitchen, game dishes, roast pig as a house special. Fireplace in winter, terrace in summer (terrace c. 40 seats, indoor c. 70, salon 15).
Food reviews are mostly favourable (venison with dumplings, local spirits, seasonal cooking). Occasional complaint: smaller portions at a higher price. Staff are described as quick and kind.

Why Kežmarok
Kežmarok is a Spiš royal town with a castle, a Lutheran wooden articular church (UNESCO) and a colourful square. The hotel is about 8 minutes on foot from the castle, 7 minutes from the railway station, 400–500 m from the bus stop.
